I love the little tokens, but the power level is a bit low here

The sheer number of things it does for just one mana is almost offensive, and the fact that it does all of this on an instant makes it the kind of card that could end up banned one day

Huey, Dewy, and Louie all have the Support feature, which can give Scrooge a much higher strength, allowing him to be successful in his challenges

If you fog the damage that would be dealt by creatures with toxic or infect, they wont deal damage, which means no poison counters

If a permanent that's already on the battlefield without time counters on it becomes a copy of a permanent with vanishing, it will stay on the battlefield indefinitely (unless time counters are somehow put on it later)
