Since the card is coming from a creatures ability, they arent subject to counters - unless the player can counter the creatures ability instead
One of the best ways to lower your speed for this deck would be to entirely remove Enter the Infinite and trust you can draw out your entire deck for those win conditions
One of whites strengths is the ability to rewrite certain rules to put itself on par or ahead of others
The best and least janky is of course Dockside Extortionist to turn your opponents' Blood tokens into an obscene amount of Treasure tokens for yourself (as if Dockside needs help being a good card), but if you want to go deep then you can do ultra janky things like get max value out of Curious Herd, Ancient Runes, maybe don't even let them sac them with Karn, the Great Creator so the tokens keep piling up, or if they do then you get to draw cards off Viridian Revel
Maybe you are trying to fill up your graveyard with creatures and then return them all to the battlefield with Rally the Ancestors
