Ruby is a more aggressive play style
I think that is about all it has going for it outside of being some big fodder for other effects itself and surviving the in-deck Toxic Deluge
Some are mechanically twisted, like the one that instructs another player to tap someone's father, or the one Charlie 'MoistCr1TiKaL' White plays that lets him make a copy of any card he can think of, but many are just funny, juvenile gags
Hakbal, the Surging Soul himself, does a lot in this regard, allowing each merfolk to explore at the start of your combat
This means that the opponents can't use any heals or energy abilities on their supporter cards or any other skills that they might need during the match
That particular collector's item has long ranked as one of the TCG's most valuable cards, and much like The One Ring, its value is only likely to appreciate over time
