Simply put, this frame is awesome

Being a card that can deal with multiple problems, with a high cost of paying half your LP, it is well worth it to pair with an additional Solemn card from Solemn Strike or Warning

Of course there are exceptions, but I'd say that on average, Wizards of the Coast has done a good job simplifying how rules are printed on cards
