Outside of Kaldheim I reckon we'll see more in the way of Izzet decks making use of foretells to play cheap instants and sorceries, with cards like Double Vision and Spellgorger Weird both benefitting greatly from having a large library of foretold spells ready to go

While W&6's overall design isn't incredibly pushed, it's the implications of a card like this existing in different formats that gave it a reputation
